Pramod Kumar
Founder, President
Pramod Kumar is widely recognized as a Spiritual Speaker, Motivational Speaker, and Personality Development Coach. He is especially popular among youth and serves as the mentor of the platform “MotivationToAll.” He completed his higher education from the University of Delhi and began his professional journey as a Security Officer at Delhi International Airport.He has also gained extensive administrative experience while serving with ministers across various ministries of the Government of India, including Social Justice & Empowerment, Rural Development, Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, and Tribal Affairs. Through his sessions and workshops, he promotes spiritual confidence, positive thinking, mental peace, and personality development among individuals and youth.As the Founder President of the Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO), he actively works towards youth empowerment, social awareness, leadership development, and nation-building initiatives across India.
SUNDAR DAGAR
VICE PRESIDENT
Sundar Dagar is a former Vice President of the Delhi University Students’ Union and has remained actively involved in social, religious and youth welfare initiatives. He is widely recognized for his strong public relations and leadership abilities. Along with his social commitments, he also manages a successful business in the real estate sector. At Social Reforms and Research Organization, he plays an important role in managing political coordination, public outreach and youth engagement activities. He actively works to strengthen communication with various social and public representatives while supporting organizational campaigns and initiatives. His dedication towards community development and organizational growth continues to contribute significantly to SRRO’s vision of social awareness and nation-building.
Parivesh Sharma
Founder Vice President
Parivesh Sharma, a resident of Bilaspur district in Himachal Pradesh, completed his post-graduation from Himachal Pradesh University. During his student life, he was actively involved in student movements and social initiatives. He has always remained dedicated to social welfare and community development activities. At Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO), he oversees and supports organizational activities related to Himachal Pradesh and Punjab. Along with his social responsibilities, he is also a successful businessman contributing significantly towards youth empowerment and skill development initiatives in his region. His leadership and commitment continue to inspire young people toward constructive social participation and self-reliance.
Mukesh Maan
Vice President
Mukesh Maan is a former President of the Satyawati College Students’ Union and is widely recognized for leading student movements and youth initiatives in rural Delhi. He has been actively involved in social service, educational awareness and community welfare activities for many years. He is also deeply committed to promoting environmental awareness and youth participation in nation-building initiatives. At SRRO he oversees the organization’s service and welfare activities, ensuring effective execution of social outreach programs and community support initiatives. His dedication towards education, environmental responsibility, and social service continues to strengthen SRRO’s mission of community development and public awareness.
Katyayani Chaturvedi
Vice President
Katyayani Chaturvedi is a well-known news anchor who completed her graduation in Journalism before working with several television news channels as an accomplished presenter. During her student life, she was actively associated with student movements and social initiatives. Originally from Basti, Uttar Pradesh, she actively oversees and supports matters related to the state within the Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO). She also manages media coordination, public communication, and awareness outreach activities for the organization. With her strong communication skills and social commitment, she contributes significantly to SRRO’s media presence, community engagement, and social awareness initiatives.
Rashmi Mishra
Vice President
Rashmi Mishra is the Head of International Affairs and Women’s Wing at the Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO). A distinguished scientist associated with University of Oxford, she has been actively contributing to the organization since 2014. She plays an important role in managing SRRO’s international relations, global collaborations, and research-oriented initiatives. She is also actively involved in women empowerment programs, social awareness activities, and policy-based research initiatives within the organization. Through her academic expertise and leadership, she continues to strengthen SRRO’s international outreach, research activities, and women-focused social development programs.
Vikas Kaushik
General Secretary
Vikas Kaushik is a former President of the Students’ Union at Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar College, affiliated with the University of Delhi. He has extensive experience in media and communication, having worked as a Radio Jockey with All India Radio and associated with renowned media platforms such as BIG FM, Aaj Tak, and the film Bagh. He has also been honored with the prestigious Mahashri Narad Award for his contribution to media and communication. At present, he is actively working as a News Anchor and Journalist with ABP News. At Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO), he contributes towards media outreach, public communication, and awareness initiatives.
Gaurav Jain
Founder Treasurer
Gaurav Jain is a former President of the Students’ Union at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College and is actively involved in social awareness and public welfare activities. He is the owner of a printing business and continuously promotes awareness regarding the importance of using indigenous and self-reliant products. Through his initiatives, he encourages youth and society to support local industries and sustainable economic growth.As the Founder Treasurer of the Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO), he is responsible for financial management, resource coordination, and disaster management activities within the organization. His dedication towards social responsibility, organizational management, and public service continues to strengthen SRRO’s mission and outreach initiatives across different sectors.
Anil Kumar Nauhwar

Anil Kumar Nauhwar is a former President of the Students’ Union at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College and a professional software engineer with expertise in technology and digital systems. He has been actively associated with organizational development, innovation and technical management initiatives. At SRRO, he oversees the organization’s IT operations, data management and technology-driven initiatives. He plays a key role in managing digital platforms, technical coordination and innovative systems to ensure the smooth functioning of organizational activities. His contribution towards digital management and technological advancement continues to strengthen SRRO’s operational efficiency and outreach capabilities.
Dr. Sandeep Nimba Pawar

Dr. Sandeep Nimba Pawar is an Ayurvedic doctor actively associated with social welfare and public service initiatives. He has played an important role in strengthening coordination between the organization and various government institutions. With strong communication and organizational management skills, he contributes significantly to administrative and strategic activities within the organization. At Social Reforms and Research Organization, he oversees parliamentary coordination and ministries communications. He actively manages official communications and coordination with government departments, ministries, and public representatives to support the organization’s social initiatives and institutional collaborations.

Rajshree has been actively involved in social work after completing her graduation in Political Science from Ranchi University. She has been associated with the Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO) since its establishment in 2013. Currently based in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh, she oversees and manages the organization’s activities and social initiatives related to the state. She plays an important role in strengthening organizational outreach, community engagement, and effective implementation of various welfare projects. Her vision is to create meaningful opportunities for underprivileged communities and bring positive social change in society. Her dedication and active participation continue to inspire others in the journey of community development and nation-building.
Dr. Shilpa Bagade
Legal Advisor
Dr. Shilpa Bagade is an Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India and practices before the Delhi High Court and various courts across India. She previously served as a faculty member at the Sushma Swaraj Institute of Foreign Service under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. She holds advanced qualifications in International Law, Political Science, Sociology, and Human Rights, along with a Doctorate in International Law.She has been associated as a resource person with various academic and legal institutions and has contributed numerous publications in national and international journals. With extensive legal and academic experience, she contributes valuable legal guidance and intellectual support to the Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO) in areas related to legal awareness, social justice, and policy research initiatives.
Shvetima Dwivedi
Vice President, Legal Advisor
Advocate Supreme Court of India and other Courts, tribunals and Forums.With more than 25 years of legal experience, she specializes in Corporate, Social, and Family Law. She has actively worked on matters related to women’s rights, child protection, senior citizens’ welfare, and social justice. As a dedicated social worker, she continuously supports legal awareness and welfare initiatives for women and children. She has also been honored with the Nari Shakti Award for her contribution towards women empowerment and child rights. At Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO), she provides legal guidance and support for social justice and welfare initiatives.
Manjeet Madhana

Manjeet Madhana is actively associated with legal and social welfare initiatives and contributes significantly towards organizational guidance and policy support. With experience in legal advisory and administrative coordination, he has been involved in addressing matters related to public welfare, legal awareness, and organizational compliance. At Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO), he serves as Secretary and Legal Advisor, providing legal guidance and support in matters related to organizational operations, social initiatives, and public interest activities. He also assists in legal coordination, documentation, and policy-related matters to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.
Deepali Mohadikar

Deepali Mohadikar is the Secretary of the Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO), leading its national-level project execution and administrative operations. With a strong academic background in Social Science, Education, and Library & Information Science from Nagpur, Maharashtra, her career spans valuable experience as an educator and professional work associated with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. At SRRO, she utilizes her leadership and coordination skills to drive CSR initiatives, social welfare programs and strategic collaborations. She plays a pivotal role in aligning state units, governing bodies and project teams, while building sustainable partnerships with government institutions, corporate sponsors and community stakeholders.
Manoj Kumar

Manoj Kumar is a successful advocate actively dedicated to social welfare and community development initiatives. He has been consistently working for the upliftment of slum communities, with a strong focus on education, healthcare, and public awareness activities. His efforts are directed toward improving access to essential services and creating positive social impact at the grassroots level. At Social Reforms and Research Organization (SRRO), he manages community outreach and grassroots coordination activities. He plays an important role in strengthening community participation, implementing welfare projects, and ensuring effective execution of social initiatives among underprivileged sections of society.
