PRAMOD KUMAR, FOUNDER & PRESIDENT
Pramod Kumar, Founder and President of SRRO, is not only a dedicated social worker but also a beacon of spiritual energy. He consistently guides individuals and communities toward positive transformation through his compassionate efforts. A dynamic personality with a wealth of experience in government affairs, with an extensive background in serving esteemed Central Government Ministers across diverse ministry such as Social Justice & Empowerment, Rural Development, Agriculture and Farmer Welfare, and Tribal Affairs. He dedicatedly assisting as PS to the honorable Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha). He is not only engaged in administrative duties but also passionate about social affairs. Alongside, he also takes great pride in sharing his insights and motivating others as a passionate speaker and inspiring individuals to strive for excellence. With a global perspective gained through participation in international events and international visits to USA, South Africa, Britain, Portugal and so on, he is committed to making a difference on both national and international levels.
GAURAV JAIN – FOUNDER TREASURER
Mr. Gaurav Jain, a former President of Dindayal Upadhyay College Students’ Union, owns a printing business. He actively works to raise awareness among the public about the importance of using indigenous products. Within the organization, he is responsible for financial management and disaster management.
SUNDAR DAGAR – VICE PRESIDENT
He is a former Vice President of the Delhi University Students’ Union and is deeply committed to religious and social welfare services. Additionally, he manages a successful enterprise in the real estate sector.
MUKESH MAAN –VICE PRESIDENT
Formerly the President of the Students’ Union at Satyawati College, he is known for initiating and leading student movements in rural Delhi. He actively promotes environmental awareness and oversees the organization’s educational initiatives.
RASHMI MISHRA – HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS & WOMEN’S WING
Rashmi Mishra is designated as the Head of International Affairs and the Women’s Wing. A distinguished scientist associated with Oxford University, London, she has been an active contributor to the organization since 2014 and plays a vital role in its global outreach and women empowerment programs.

VIKAS KAUSHIK – GENERAL SECRETARY
He is a former President of the Students’ Union at Ambedkar College, Delhi University. With professional experience as a Radio Jockey at All India Radio, he has also worked with Big FM, Aaj Tak, and the film Bagh. A recipient of the prestigious Mahashri Narad Award, he is presently engaged as a News Anchor and Journalist with ABP News.
ANIL KUMAR NAUHWAR – SECRETARY
Mr. Anil Kumar Navhwar, a former President of Dindayal Upadhyay College Students’ Union, is a software engineer. He oversees data management and innovation-related activities within the organization, ensuring the smooth execution of technical aspects and new initiatives.
Dr. SANDEEP NIMBA PAWAR – SECRETARY
Dr. Sandeep Nimba Pawar is an Ayurvedic doctor and has been instrumental in managing the coordination between the organization and government agencies. He is also responsible for the organization’s HR management and other administrative tasks.
